• Orders within Nairobi are delivered the same day after confirmation.
• A standard delivery fee of KES 300 applies for all Nairobi deliveries.
• Payment on Delivery is accepted for rider deliveries within Nairobi.

Delivery Outside Nairobi

• For locations outside Nairobi, we work with trusted courier partners.
• Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and location, with a maximum of 72 hours.
• For courier deliveries, payment (including the courier fee) must be completed at the time of dispatch.
• Delivery fees vary depending on your location and will be communicated before shipping.

Important Notes

1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (address and contact information).
2. Once an order is dispatched, JourneyPalette will share tracking information (if available from the courier) for your convenience.
3. In case of delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather disruptions), our team will keep you updated.
